STORE POLICY

All pieces are handmade by Niah Studio, and as such, each is a one of a kind. Therefore, minimal differences could be observed between the website images and the shipped product. The jewels are made out of either 925 sterling silver, or 14K/18K/22K gold.

Items are shipped via registered mail with a tracking number to the delivery address that was filled out on the checkout process. Orders are shipped within 14-21 days of order.  Returns are acceptable within 7 days of delivery, please contact hanigoren.jewelry@gmail.com to initiate a return process. Shipping cost of return items are not covered.
