STORE POLICY

All pieces are handmade by Niah Studio, and as such,

each is a one of a kind.

Therefore, minimal differences could be observed between the website images and the shipped product.

The jewelries  are made out of either 925 sterling silver, or 14K gold.​

Items are shipped via registered mail with a tracking number

to the delivery address that was filled out on the checkout process.

Orders are shipped within 14-21 days of order.

המוצרים נשלחים בדואר רשום עם מספר מעקב לכתובת שהוזנה במהלך תהליך התשלום.

Exchanges and Returns

Cancellation of a transaction after the product has been shipped to the customer

is possible within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Upon cancellation, a refund will be issued for the purchased item,

minus the shipping costs (registered mail/express/courier).
Additionally, a cancellation fee of $30 or 5% of the transaction amount – whichever is lower – will be charged.
The refund will be processed only after the shipment is received and inspected by Niah Studio staff.

Refunds will be granted only if the jewelry is returned in its original packaging,

has not been worn, and is in the original condition as purchased.
For jewelry priced over 3,000 NIS, no monetary refund can be issued, in accordance with the law.

Custom-made items (such as rings ordered in a specific size) cannot be returned or exchanged.

החלפות והחזרות

ביטול עסקה לאחר שהמוצר נשלח אל הלקוח מתאפשר במידה וחלפו לכל היותר 7 ימים מיום קבלת המשלוח. 

בעת ביטול עסקה יינתן זיכוי כספי עבור הפריט שנרכש בקיזוז עלות דמי המשלוח. (דואר רשום/אקספרס/שליחים) 

כמו כן, יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 30$ או 5% מסכום העסקה – הנמוך מביניהם

 Niah הזיכוי יתבצע רק לאחר קבלת המשלוח ובדיקתו על ידי עובדי סטודיו

ההחזר יתאפשר בתנאי שהתכשיטים הוחזרו באריזתם המקורית, לא נענדו והם הוחזרו במצבם המקורי כפי שנרכשו

ברכישת תכשיט שמחירו עולה על 3000 ש"ח, לא ניתן לקבל החזר כספי עפ"י החוק

לא ניתן לבצע החזרה/החלפה על פריטים שיוצרו בהזמנה אישית (כמו טבעת שהוזמנה במידה לפי דרישה)
